These small intimate seminars / workshops are designed to be a fun and informative way to improve your life.

They are not simply talks, there will be live demonstrations and relevant therapy work varied out with willing participants as part of the session. There will be question and answer sessions (including the opportunity for one to one questioning for subjects of a confidential nature).

The sessions will generally be of around two hours in duration.

Please book early for a discounted ticket and to avoid disappointment. The seminar / workshops are strictly limited to small groups (usually in the region of 10 –12 people) to allow everyone attending to achieve the greatest possible benefits from the session.

Seminar workshops cost a mere £12 if booked and paid for more than 14 days before the seminar, or £17 on the night (in the unlikely event of spaces being available). A further advance discount is available reducing the price to only £10 for the purchase of three or more tickets. This applies to three tickets to a single seminar or a single tickets to three different seminars. (Please Note. This does not apply to the ‘Quit Smoking’ Groups).

Introduction to tutor and assistants. Explanation of format of day, followed by a group hypnosis demonstration.

A short session on the history and theories of hypnotherapy. Introducing key figures form the world and history of hypnotherapy.

Facts, Myths and Questions: What is hypnosis? Signs to look for, effects and how it works, depths and stages, hypnotherapy vs stage hypnosis, inductions, deepeners, suggestibility tests, major techniques.

What makes a good hypnotist? Key areas examined. Different types of inductions theory and practice. A chance to hypnotise and be hypnotised.

Guided group practice, using prepared notes and scripts.

How to use hypnosis to help with problems: Direct commands, metaphors, visualization, carrot and stick techniques.
